We travel to hike the Epic Lonesome Lake Trail near Minturn, Colorado with some of our most favorite people! A 6 hour hike that takes us above treeline, almost to the very top of the mountain where a secluded lake sits waiting for you, leaves us sore and satisfied (insert inappropriate joke here). Along the way we are attacked by a mountain lion, a black bear, a rattlesnake and some midwestern family who hadn’t eaten fast food in over 3 hours! These are the times you wait for. These are your people.
