Petra and I took a short weekend getaway to the Nelson Dewey State Park, located along the Mississippi river in Wisconsin. Our campsite view was amazing. We also wandered about the area and discovered a town called McGregor. It seemed to be a favorite tourist town for Bikers. Lots of antique shops, and Ice Cream. Cause when I think of Harley Davidson loyalists, I think of antiques and ice cream.

Hey thanks for the great kick-start to my week! I felt like I was able to share a little bit of that lovely experience with you and Petra. Great work…. especially the time-lapse thing at the end. Very cool.

Thanks, Tim! Hopefully this late fall we’ll be coming to Cali for a visit and see you guys!
Hi Robbie,
My favourite photo – “the road” one.Simply stunning! But as ever, a fabulous collection, and I love the time lapse at the end.
Yes. There is a little story about that road shot, actually. I was so excited about the location, (but not the time of day, as the light wasn’t what it could be). We drove through it near sunset when I should have taken the pic, but didn’t. The next day we returned specifically so that I could shoot some photos of it, but of course the light had changed considerably. More proof that you just have to take the time when the time is right.
I like your playing around with depth-of-field. Wish I could do that with my eyes, but for now I am enjoying your photographs.
Holy shit conaway, this spot looks awesome..
Thanks, Dbag.
