Sykes needed a way to convey to their prospective clients the concepts behind “Robotic Automation”. The subject matter of which would normally be a real snooze-fest. This video was shown during presentation and pitching to the clients some of  SYKES DIGITAL SERVICES capabilities to help offload time consuming tasks and assure the customer service agent was giving their best to the company’s customers.
