With a crew of about 8, we managed to film this new music video for the very talented Tim Reid, Jr. in a single day. It was a lot of work, but having very capable people in charge of various necessary tasks definitely made this shoot very efficient and fun. Filmed in Santa Ana and Seal Beach California, we had 5 distinct locations that we wanted to get in order to tell the story we imagined for the video.
A special thank you to Brett Junvik who was my second shooter on this video and managed to capture roughly half of all the footage you see in the final edit, as well as Bobby Klein, who shot all the Behind the Scenes footage and photographs. Also, Tim’s wife, Brooke, who managed to handle all the logistics, food, props and other necessaries (including makeup) that allowed Brett and I to concentrate on the story telling. Lastly, a special shout out to The American Barbershop who let us temporarily wreck their place and turn it into a movie studio for an afternoon.

Robbie — it was an honor and more to work with you. The opportunities you have opened up by agreeing to take time out of your vacation to shoot a music video, and the professionalism you have, care for the craft, etc… I’m just super-proud that I can consider you my friend!
Thanks, man! Jr.
Wow. Thanks Tim! The feeling is mutual. I think it turned out pretty spiffy.
Superb work, Robbie. Great song; great concept and execution for the video. Never boring, always rich to look at.
Ditto what Tim said 🙂 We cannot thank you enough…and all who were involved! What a great, LONG day! Beautiful fruits of our labor to remember it forever.
